Want to relax before the big day?

Join your fellow attendees in a pre-conference sound healing! The sound bath incorporates breathwork and guided meditation to help you fall into a deep state of relaxation resulting in an improved mood and sense of ease and groundedness.

When:

On the morning of Thursday, March 14 from 7:00 am to 7:45 am.

Location:

Hyatt Regency Mission Bay - You will be emailed with the exact location

Dress code:

You can come in your attire for the conference but we recommend something comfortable as you will laying down. There will be time to change before breakfast.
